Global warming theory test

The question of whether the global temperatures are rising or not, is constantly reappearing in public discourse. The global warming hypothesis emerged in the nineties and now the theory test is necessary to confirm or reject the impact of human activity on the words temperatures. What cannot be denied is that the temperatures on the Earth are 0.6 degrees higher than a hundred years ago. This fact is illustrated by the changing seasons of the year. and The Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change stated that this increase has probably been caused by greenhouse gases. What is more the sea level is getting higher and some extreme weather events such as hurricanes occur in some new locations. However, some researchers who have also conduct the theory test claim that the presumption is wrong as the changes in temperatures are not new. They show the evidence that over the years the Earth gets hotter and then colder again. That is why the global warming sceptics do not believe that human actions has considerably contributed to global warming. The positive aspect of such debate between the two groups of researchers is the rise of social awareness of the environmental problems that affect our planet.
