I have a hobby that might seem unusual to some people. I like visiting deserted houses, mansions and castles. I usually do not go there alone, of course. I have a friend who also likes spending his free time in this way, so we often plan our expeditions together. Last year we visited the southern part of our country. There are a lot of old mansions and castles that were neglected a long time ago because nobody had enough money to care for them. In one of such mansions, we found some gold bullion, believe it or not! It was a huge mansion built in the eighteenth century. When I first saw it, it looked really spooky. It was late in the evening, but we decided to come in anyway. I somehow regretted our decision the moment I entered the house. There were holes in the floor and the staircase did not look safe. The interior gave an impression as if it was just an old horror movie. The doors to the living room creaked open and the beautiful room was revealed to us. There were some pictures in golden frames hanging on the walls and some dark red curtains in the windows. Everything was covered in dust. ‘Look!" my friend said suddenly. He pointed to something lying in one of the holes. It glittered in the afterglow of the moon. There were three gold bullion bars inside. When I looked at my friend"s face, there was secret smile on it.
